What is grounding (earthing)?

Grounding, also called earthing, means making direct contact with the earth's surface, the way you do when you walk barefoot outside. GroundingWell products recreate that contact indoors through the ground port of your wall outlet.

How do GroundingWell products work?

Each product has a conductive surface: carbon-coated on the Mat, silver threads woven into the cotton on our sheets. The cord clips onto the product and plugs into the ground port of your outlet (the bottom hole on US outlets). No electricity flows through the product. It only links to the ground wire.

How do I know my outlet is grounded?

Most modern homes have grounded outlets. If you're not sure, a low-cost outlet tester from any hardware store will tell you in seconds.

Which product should I start with?

The Mat is the easiest place to start: put it under your feet at your desk or on the sofa. To stay connected overnight, the Bedsheet lays across any mattress, and the Fitted Sheet replaces your regular fitted sheet.

How do I care for my products?

Sheets: machine wash cold or warm with a mild detergent. Skip bleach, fabric softener and dryer sheets, since they coat the silver threads. Tumble dry low or air dry. Mat: wipe clean with alcohol-free wet wipes and keep it out of direct sunlight.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed within 24 hours. Delivery normally takes 7-15 working days, depending on your location and customs.
