How does it work?
How does it work?
Lay the Bedsheet across your mattress and plug its cord into the ground port of your outlet. The silver threads woven through the cotton carry the connection, so any bare skin resting on the sheet is linked to the earth, the same way it would be on grass outside.

What Is Grounding?
"Earthing" or "grounding" means connecting physically with the earth, usually by walking barefoot on grass or soil. Modern life keeps us indoors and in rubber-soled shoes, so that contact rarely happens. The Bedsheet brings it back to the one place you spend a third of your day: your bed.
Grounding Indoors With a Bedsheet
The Bedsheet's cord runs from the silver-grid fabric to the ground port of your wall outlet. Lie down with bare skin on the sheet and you stay connected to the earth for as long as you're in bed.
