Try your order risk-free. You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

How to return

Send us your order number through our contact page or by email at kieshalpsojo8475@gmail.com and we will send you the return details. Please return the product with its cord and adapters.

Your refund

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method. Banks usually take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit on your statement.

Free gift items

If you return Bedsheets from an order that included a free GroundingWell Mat, please return the free Mat as well, or its regular price will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
